By accessing our website at gracefulneedles.com or using any of our mobile phlebotomy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Graceful Needles reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Graceful Needles provides mobile phlebotomy services including, but not limited to:

• Routine and specialty blood draws at your home, office, or facility.

• Lab specimen collection and transport to designated laboratories.

• Specialized kit drawing for third-party laboratory kits (e.g., Genova, Vibrant America, ZRT).

• Phlebotomy services for individuals, clinics, telehealth providers, and nursing homes.

Our services are performed by certified, insured phlebotomists. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or interpret lab results.

To receive phlebotomy services, you must be 18 years of age or older, or have a parent/legal guardian present and consenting for minors.

A valid physician order or lab requisition is required for most services. It is your responsibility to obtain and provide the necessary orders prior to your appointment. Graceful Needles is not responsible for services that cannot be completed due to missing or invalid orders.

Scheduling: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit as required at booking.

Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: If our phlebotomist arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the location or the patient is unavailable, the appointment may be forfeited and a fee may apply.

Service Area: We will confirm service availability for your location at the time of booking. If your location falls outside our service area, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

Graceful Needles does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We make no guarantee of reimbursement.

Graceful Needles and its phlebotomists will perform services with reasonable professional care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

• Adverse reactions, bruising, or discomfort that may occur as a result of a blood draw, which are inherent risks of phlebotomy.

• Delays or errors caused by third-party laboratories in processing or reporting results.

• Loss, damage, or contamination of specimens after they have been transferred to a courier or laboratory.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your Protected Health Information (PHI).

Our phlebotomists are trained in HIPAA compliance and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Your health information will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

By scheduling and receiving phlebotomy services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the nature of the procedure, its inherent risks (including but not limited to bruising, hematoma, fainting, and infection), and you voluntarily consent to the service.

You have the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Graceful Needles and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Massachusetts.
